Adopting a butterfly motif for your child’s room will contribute an element of peacefulness they will come to love while playing and sleeping in their place during those developmental years. Infants especially will learn to grasp the concept of color if their parents put brilliantly colored butterfly décor throughout the room. Just as God added color to our world, butterfly decor in your nursery will add life and depth to your child’s room and imagination. One of the first things a child learns to conceive is color; by putting brightly colored butterfly mobiles above their crib, you will help hardwire their brains to start organizing the world they now live in. Pastel settings will create a canvas that will help develop depth perception, and variations in shapes and sizes, all operating together to energize the children when it looks like nothing else is happening inside them. No matter what their age is, children of all ages are growing quickly, and color plays an essential role in this. Butterfly bedding and drapes will serve to soften the hard edges in their home, and various details like stickers and ties will help define details they will eventually grow to distinguish as unique. There are even butterfly alphabets that spell out each letter using butterfly wings. This will catch their attention, and teach them something useful all at the same time. Life-size, 3-dimensional wings will inspire them to be larger than life, and create a wonderland of flying that they can learn more about in selected books that can also be found in any marketplace. If done right, butterflies will produce a foundational experience for children that will last a lifetime. Full of beauty and color, both strong and gentle at the same time, butterflies can be wonderful for both girls and boys. Only you will recognize what works best with your child, so start looking for an idea you can both enjoy on any scale.

The idea behind furniture for your home is so that you feel more at ease in an environment that you’re supposed to be relaxed in. After a hard day’s work, or whenever you need to, the furniture should be there to allow you to slip into a state of mind where you don’t have to worry. If you have something awesome like oak furniture, then maybe you can even show off to your friends, because everyone loves awesome oak furniture – especially your friends. There can come a time when you have too much furniture, I imagine. Maybe when you’ve had the same house for a few years and you continuously amass more furniture as the days go by. If you keep buying without getting rid of old things, you’re going to run out of space eventually, and I’m afraid that furniture is one of those things to which that can happen on a number of occasions. Old furniture that is broken can be thrown out or taken to a rubbish dump, or – better yet – even recycled. Some old furniture can be given away, maybe to neighbors or to relatives. You could even have a yard sale and try to get some extra cash from things you don’t need any more, furniture included. So whilst furniture is indeed very important in a household, don’t let it become so important that you’re always getting more and having to get rid of the old stuff, because important memories might be contained therein.
